Are you passionate about property and looking to get started or further your current skills within the industry ?
Local Independent Estate and Letting Agents TARR RESIDENTIAL are currently looking for a Sales/Administrator on either a full or part time basis to work within our established Ilminster office. The successful candidates will be offered a salary on a yearly or hourly rate plus performance bonuses contract based on their industry experience and on-going performances.
This is an exciting opportunity for the right person to fit in with our already fantastic and established company. Property sales knowledge and understanding is preferred but not essential as training will be given. You will need to hold a driving licence and use of your own vehicle is essential to the role but a fuel allowance will be offered.
As a long standing local independent business with offices in both Chard and Ilminster, we already have a proven track record of selling and letting properties, the successful candidate will be working with both new and existing clients.
This position is being advertised locally and online, we do not have a deadline but will end our search once the perfect candidate is found.
