Job Description

David Andrew are a successful Property company that established in 1994. We have four offices located in Highbury, Archway and Finsbury Park. We specialise in the sale, letting and property management of prime properties in North London. We currently have a vacancy in our Property Management Department for a Property Management Administrator who will be tasked with administrative support for property managers and ensuring compliance with ever evolving legislation . We are interviewing candidates with and without experience for the role to work alongside a team of 6 in the department.

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract (maternity cover).

Responsibilities:

  • Organisation of Annual Safety Certificates
  • Co-ordinating New Tenancy Move Ins and obtaining references.
  • Application for Property Licences
  • Admin support to Property Managers
  • Drafting and Submission of Tenancy Contracts and Notices
  • Ensuring File Compliance
  • Booking Inventories
  • Dealing with general landlord & tenant enquiries
  • General office administration & filing
  • Deal with Post and ad hoc enquires.

Person Specification:

  • Experience Preferred but not essential
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Living within a 5 Mile Radius of Finsbury Park.
  • The ability to work quickly and effectively under pressure and produce a high standard of work with strong attention to detail.

You will be expected to work Monday - Friday from 9am - 6pm, you will be expected to work one Saturday ( 9am - 4pm) in every five with a day of in lieu. We offer 20 days holiday plus UK bank Holidays.
