Office Administrator – Property Management & Lettings

Location: Essex

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM

£26,000 - £28,000 p.a. circa

Must Have a Full UK Driving Licence & Own Car (vehicle allowance will be given)

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly efficient Office Administrator to support our busy lettings and property management department. You will play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly while gaining valuable industry knowledge and hands-on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Providing comprehensive administrative support to the lettings team

✔ Handling tenancy paperwork, agreements, renewals, and referencing

✔ Managing property advertisements and listings

✔ Coordinating inspections, maintenance requests, and repairs

✔ Dealing with landlords, tenants, and contractors professionally

✔ Processing invoices, payments, and other financial admin tasks

✔ Ensuring compliance with property regulations and legislation

Long-Term Growth & Training:

Over time, you will receive full training in lettings administration and will have the chance to develop into a Lettings Negotiator role, including conducting property viewings and earning commission-based bonuses!

About You:

Highly organized & detail-oriented – able to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Excellent communication skills – professional and friendly

Proactive & eager to learn – willing to grow in the lettings industry

Strong IT skills – confident using property management software, MS Office, and email

Full UK driving licence & own car – essential for future career progression
