Senior Branch Manager – Estate Agency
Staffordshire
Up to £65,000 OTE

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced and driven Senior Branch Manager to lead a high-performing estate agency office.

This is a rare chance to take full ownership of a flagship and established branch within a highly respected independent business, known for its strong reputation, excellent service standards and deep-rooted presence across the local market. The company operates multiple offices and has built a loyal client base through a combination of traditional values, modern marketing and strong local knowledge.

The role
As Senior Branch Manager, you will be responsible for driving the overall performance of the branch, leading from the front and ensuring exceptional results across listings, sales and customer service.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will be heavily involved in driving the business, managing and developing your team, and growing market share within a competitive area.

Key responsibilities
Managing and motivating a team to achieve and exceed targets
Driving new business generation and increasing market share
Carrying out market appraisals and winning instructions
Overseeing the full sales process from instruction through to completion
Ensuring exceptional customer service at all times
Monitoring branch performance and implementing strategies for growth
Building strong relationships within the local community
Maintaining high standards across marketing, compliance and operations

The ideal candidate
Proven experience as a Branch Manager or Senior Valuer ready to step up
Strong track record of winning instructions and delivering results
A natural leader with the ability to inspire and develop a team
Commercially astute with a proactive and driven approach
Excellent knowledge of the local property market
Highly organised with strong communication and negotiation skills
Ambitious, professional and focused on long-term success
