**Job Overview:**

Cornerstone Estate Agents is seeking a dynamic and experienced Property Sales Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in property sales, with a deep understanding of the local market. You will be responsible for driving sales, managing client relationships, and mentoring junior team members. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for real estate to take the next step in their career.

**Key Responsibilities:**

**Sales:**

- Manage and oversee the entire sales process from valuation to completion.

- Conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, and finalize deals to achieve sales targets.

- Provide accurate and timely advice to clients regarding the property market, pricing, and legal requirements.

**Client Management:**

- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, buyers, landlords, and tenants.

- Offer exceptional customer service, ensuring clients receive professional advice and support throughout their property transactions.

- Handle complex negotiations, ensuring the best possible outcomes for clients.

**Market Knowledge:**

- Stay up-to-date with local and national property market trends.

- Conduct market appraisals and valuations to provide accurate property assessments.

- Advise clients on current market conditions and potential investment opportunities.

**Team Leadership:**

- Mentor and support junior negotiators, sharing knowledge and best practices.

- Assist in training new team members to ensure they achieve their potential.

- Contribute to team meetings, providing insights and updates on market conditions and client feedback.

**Administrative Duties:**

- Ensure all legal documentation and compliance requirements are met.

- Manage and update property listings on various platforms.

- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and client interactions.

**Skills and Qualifications:**

- Proven experience as a Sales/Lettings Negotiator, preferably at a senior level.

- In-depth knowledge of the property market, including sales and lettings processes.

- Strong negotiation and sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work.

- Familiarity with property management software and CRM systems.

- Full UK driving license.
