TRAINEE ESTATE AGENT - PROPERTY SALES

Are you passionate about working with people and eager to build a rewarding career? Our independent business, with three thriving branches in South London, is looking for motivated Trainee Estate Agents to join our team.

What We Offer

  • Starting Salary: £26,000–£28,000 (depending on age and experience)
  • Earnings Potential: £30,000–£45,000+ (uncapped commission)
  • Location: London Borough of Lewisham, South London

Role Overview

As a Trainee Estate Agent, you’ll gain hands-on experience in property sales and lettings, with no prior sector experience required. All you need is a can-do spirit, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn.

Core Responsibilities

  • Support property sales and lettings - accompany viewings, handle negotiations
  • Build and nurture client relationships, ensuring top-notch service
  • Develop knowledge of the local property market and relevant regulations
  • Assist with administrative tasks to keep the branch running smoothly
  • Team up with colleagues to meet sales goals and business targets

What We’re Looking For

  • Good personal administration and time-management skills
  • People-focused approach; customer-facing experience is a plus but not essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn

  • Full UK driving license preferred
