Full job description

Click That Property has an opportunity for a Trainee Letting Agent to join our team. We require an ambitious individual to join our team in our Luton town centre office.

Duties to include:

  • Responding to calls and emails from applicants about properties
  • Advertise properties for rent on our website, portals like Zoopla and social media.
  • Book property viewing, inspections and maintenance works.
  • Complete rental applications, referencing tenants, keeping landlords and tenants up to date.
  • Logging and completing maintenance issues on our CRM.
  • Passing maintenance jobs to our in house contractors and tradespeople.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to meet the team targets.
  • Build relationships with Landlords, Tenants and Contractors.
  • Carry out property viewings and inspections after initial training period.

Requirements:

- Strong administration and organisational skills to manage multiple clients and properties

- Ability to multitask, being versatile.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Sales and/or customer service experience

- Negotiation and influencing skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Be able to work independently and as part of a team.

- Ability to work under pressure in a calm manner.

- Enthusiastic and positive attitude.

- Ambitious and a real desire to succeed in the property industry.

- Full Driving Licence is preferred.

- Mon to Fri 9.30am to 6.00pm

- x1 Saturday a month 9.30-4pm

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
