Full job description

Become a Partner with Laurels - Not Your Average Estate Agency Role

Right, let’s cut to it.

Are you great at selling or letting homes?

Got personality? Proper personality - not “corporate headshot and a forced LinkedIn smile” personality.

Got drive? The kind that doesn’t switch off at 5pm? Good. Keep reading.

We’re offering a self-employed opportunity - but before you yawn and think “seen it all before”this one’s different.

This is for the agent who’s thought about going self-employed but hesitated because:

  • “What if the money dips?”
  • “What if I’m on my own?”
  • “What if it’s just me, my laptop and mild panic?”

We get it. That’s exactly why we built this differently.

As a Laurels Partner, you’ll get:

  • Year One BONUS – you will get 100% commission on everything above £50,000 (minus a small transaction fee per deal)
  • Uncapped commissions
  • Up to 80% commission (yes, really)
  • A dedicated support team to help you succeed 24/7
  • 36 free professional marketing appointments (photography and floorplans) every year
  • Access to a genuinely brilliant CRM system
  • Build it you way and earn more than you ever could on a basic salary

This isn’t “go it alone and hope for the best.”
This is “build something big - with backup.”

What do you need to get started?

  • At least 2 days commitment per week
  • At least one years’ experience in estate agency (preferred but we are happy to discuss)
  • Operate as a sole trader or as a limited company
  • A laptop
  • A car (& driving licence)
  • A motivated mindset!

If you’ve got estate agency experience but you’re sitting on the fence, apply anyway. We’re happy to chat it through. No pressure. No hard sell. Just a conversation.

Whether you’re ready now or planning your great escape for next year - we want to hear from you. At Laurels, we do things differently. We like people who are:

  • Fun
  • Relatable
  • Trustworthy
  • Outgoing
  • Not afraid to stand out

If you want suits and silence, we’re probably not for you.
If you want energy, ambition and a slightly quirky (in a good way) team - welcome.

Let’s build something brilliant.

Please note: This is a commission-only role, with commission paid upon the successful completion of each property transaction. Ready to take on the challenge? Apply now!
