Are you an organised, proactive communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for an experienced Aftersales Consultant (Sales Progressor) to join our dynamic estate agency team, supporting buyers and sellers from offer through to completion.

Your day-to-day role:
Oversee and manage the entire sales pipeline, ensuring smooth progression from sale agreed to completion.
Liaising with buyers, sellers, solicitors, mortgage brokers and surveyors to drive transactions forward
Providing regular updates and support to clients, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
Identifying and resolving potential issues quickly and professionally.
Keep our CRM system up to date with the latest developments in each sale.
Consistently work towards and meet monthly sales targets.

You'll work Monday to Friday (8:30am to 5:30pm)

Who we’re looking for:
Previous experience in property sales progression, particularly working with conveyancers and solicitors.
Ability to build strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and solicitors, inspiring trust and confidence.
Perform well under pressure, with excellent problem-solving skills.
Strong organisational and communication abilities.
Proficiency with technology and the ability to manage priorities effectively.
A team player with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £28,000.00 per year
