We’re looking for a highly motivated Estate Agent with proven track record to join our expanding dynamic residential sales team in Benfleet with an unrivalled commission package.

Your role as an Aspire Estate Agent

The main purpose of the role is to generate valuations with a view to taking these properties on the market and obtaining new business. The job is highly rewarded through its straightforward and unrivalled commission structure. The expected OTE for this position is £65,000 – £100,000 per year.

Skills and experience required to be a successful Estate Agent for Aspire Estate Agents

  • An experienced sales person with proven track record
  • Ability to generate new business in a target driven environment
  • Outstanding customer care / customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
  • A Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
