Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in renting residential properties across Dubai.
- Conduct market research to identify property trends and opportunities.
- Arrange property viewings and provide detailed property information to clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with senior agents and management to develop sales strategies.
- Negotiate property prices and terms under guidance.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
- Stay updated on local real estate laws, market conditions and industry developments.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in sales is preferable.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Customer focused mindset with the ability to build trust and long term relationships.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude with a goal driven approach.
- Must be motivated working on a commission only basis.

Essential:
- Must have a valid Driving License.
- Must have an Education Certificate.
- Must have 3-6 months of savings to support a commission only role.

Salary:
AED 250,000 to 500,000 per month with top performers exceeding this.
