Job Summary

This is an employed role with a £25,000 basic salary and 10% commission package, which has the ability to turn into self-employment with commission ranging between 50% - 75%.

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Personal Estate Agent to join our already established and successful team in Cranfield. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for homemovers, providing expert guidance and personalized service throughout the sales process. Your energetic approach will help build strong relationships, ensure smooth administrative operations, and deliver exceptional client satisfaction. This position offers an exciting opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced environment where your organizational skills and communication prowess will make a meaningful impact.

Duties

  • Valuing homes for sale and provide advice around the moving process, including advice in regards to an onward move
  • Coordinate appointments, property viewings, and meetings with clients
  • Prepare and organize documentation related to compliance including proof of ownership and anti-money laundering
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with clients across multiple channels, ensuring their needs are understood and met promptly
  • Maintain detailed records of estate transactions, correspondence, and ongoing activities
  • Support administrative tasks such as scheduling, data entry, and file management to ensure seamless operations
  • Collaborate with solicitors, mortgage brokers, and other property professionals

Experience

  • Proven estate agency experience with strong sales and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate complex information clearly and build rapport with diverse clients
  • Local knowledge of Cranfield and surrounding MK43 villages
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
