About PodPitch

PodPitch is a fast-growing B2B SaaS company helping PR agencies, brands, and founders land more podcast and media opportunities through AI-powered outreach, database access, and workflow automation.

We already have a strong sales-led growth motion, paid acquisition engine, and growing product surface area. Now we need someone to make more users convert, activate, and retain once they enter the funnel.

What you'll own

- Trial and self-serve funnel performance from visit to signup, activation, and paid conversion

- Landing pages, onboarding flows, activation points, and conversion experiments

- CRO across key signup, demo, pricing, and checkout experiences

- Pricing and packaging experiments for self-serve and assisted sales motions

- Lifecycle messaging, activation emails, nudges, and usage-based triggers

- User research with users and prospects to understand friction, intent, objections, and willingness to pay

- Growth analytics across funnel conversion, activation rates, cohort behavior, drop-off points, and revenue impact

- Fast collaboration with product, engineering, sales, and paid acquisition

Requirements

- Experience owning growth, PLG, trial conversion, or self-serve growth for a B2B SaaS company

- Strong understanding of funnel analytics, activation, retention, and conversion rate optimization

- Comfort writing copy, analyzing data, interviewing users, and defining product requirements yourself

- Experience running structured experiments and making data-backed decisions

- Strong product sense and ability to identify user friction

- Commercial judgment around pricing, packaging, CAC, payback, LTV, and conversion quality

- Clear written communication and ability to turn messy problems into focused action plans
