WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

We are looking for someone who is vibrant, energetic, has an interest in aesthetics and a passion for skin and body treatments

Full training will be given in the technology we use, however experience in treating skin facial techniques and some body treatments is preferred

Candidates will need to be:

· NVQ level 4 qualified or equivalent

· Hold a valid UK/EU work permit

· Well presented, with the highest standards in client-care

· Excellent communication skills

· Motivated and interested to learn

· Professional with excellent and dedicated attitude towards their work

Duties included will be:

Role and Responsibilities

To maintain a high standard of technical work and client care, including consultation, completion of face and body treatments to enhance clients' appearance and improve their sense of well-being, and provision of after-care advice.

To ensure that the latest methods and techniques are used in accordance with Nova Aesthetic Clinic Ltdtraining practices and procedures.

• To maintain the standards of Nova Aesthetic Clinic Ltd in all aspects of beauty therapy services, ensuring that clients' wishes remain paramount.
• To ensure that all clients receive the best possible quality of service in line with Nova Aesthetic Clinic Ltd standards.
• To provide front of house services, including reception duties, meeting greeting clients, taking payments, answering client enquiries via telephone or email.
• To provide a range of treatments carried out to a minimum of NVQ Level 4 Standard
• To advise clients on all aspects of aesthetic services and treatments available including special offers.
• To contribute to the success of Nova Aesthetic Clinic by actively promoting and selling treatments and retail products.
• To maintain a clean and tidy working environment
• To develop your own personal goals and objectives and to support the development of others.
• To provide training and supervision of junior staff members and trainees whenever necessary, ensuring that no trainee is asked to complete a task until they have been sufficiently trained to do so.
• To monitor and maintain stock levels.
• To attend team training sessions, beauty shows, courses, product demonstrations and seminars as requested and attain up-to-date knowledge on products and techniques.
• To ensure that the clinic and clinic equipment are kept clean and tidy at all times.
• To maintain a smart and clean personal image.
• To carry out client consultation in accordance with Nova Aesthetic Clinic Ltd company policy and provide a professional assessment to clients during each visit.
• To positively promote the name and image Nova Aesthetic Clinic Ltd at all times.
• To maintain the security practices and procedures as defined by Nova Aesthetic Clinic Ltd
• To undertake additional tasks and duties required by your line manager from time to time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £30,000.00-£39,000.00 per year
