Full job description

We are currently recruiting Consultant Physicians for reputed hospitals and healthcare groups in Dubai. We welcome applications from internationally trained and European-based doctors across multiple specialties who are interested in advancing their careers in the UAE healthcare sector.

The ideal candidates will provide high-quality patient care while working alongside internationally recognized medical teams in a modern healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, evaluate, and manage patients according to international best practices.
  • Develop evidence-based treatment plans and oversee patient care.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Supervise junior doctors and support clinical education initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation.
  • Participate in departmental meetings, audits, and quality improvement programs.
  • Ensure compliance with DHA and UAE healthcare regulations.

Requirements

  • European Board / CCT / Facharzt / American Board / equivalent preferred.
  • DHA License or Eligibility Letter preferred.
  • Minimum 5+ years of Consultant-level experience.
  • Strong clinical expertise and communication skills.
  • Experience in international or European healthcare systems is an advantage.
