We’re looking for an Installation Coordinator to help manage our growing Solar & Renewables installation team.

Role Overview

This role is all about making sure installations run as smoothly as possible.

You’ll work closely with installers, suppliers, manufacturers and our internal teams to make sure every installation has the right materials, pricing, information and support before the engineer arrives.

You’ll be responsible for keeping jobs moving, solving problems quickly and helping improve profitability across every installation.

This is a full-time office-based role at our Bolton headquarters.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Ordering materials for installations.
  • Managing supplier relationships.
  • Negotiating the best prices.
  • Making changes to installation orders.
  • Supporting installers before and during installations.
  • Working closely with Procurement and Customer Service.
  • Solving installation issues quickly.
  • Monitoring installation costs and identifying savings.
  • Helping improve installation processes.
  • Supporting the continued growth of the renewables department.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience coordinating projects or installations.
  • Comfortable working under pressure.
  • Good commercial awareness.
  • Strong problem-solving ability.
  • Experience in construction, renewables or utilities would be an advantage.
