Bartender / Front of House Staff

We are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking team member to join our bar team. This is a fast-paced role that combines cocktail bartending, coffee service, table service, and food & drink running.

Responsibilities

  • Preparing and serving cocktails, beers, wines, spirits, and coffees to a high standard
  • Running drinks and food to tables efficiently during busy service periods
  • Taking customer orders and providing excellent table service
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organisation behind the bar and throughout the venue
  • Memorising and confidently serving from our cocktail menu
  • Delivering friendly, attentive, and professional customer service at all times
  • Working effectively under pressure during busy shifts

Ideal Candidate

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar bar or hospitality role
  • Confident making cocktails and coffee
  • Outgoing, friendly, and approachable personality
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Able to stay calm and efficient under pressure
  • Quick learner with the ability to memorise menus and procedures
  • Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
  • Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
