£14.82–£15.32 per hour + mileage
Evening Care Role
Shifts: 3:45pm–8:45pm
Every other weekend required
Full UK driving licence + own car essential

Looking for a rewarding evening role where you can make a genuine difference to people's lives?

At Home Instead Warwick, we support older people to live safely, happily and independently in their own homes. We're looking for kind, caring and reliable people to join our team as Evening Care Assistants.

What we offer

  • £14.82–£15.32 per hour + mileage
  • Evening shifts 3:45pm–8:45pm
  • Every other weekend required
  • Minimum 1-hour client visits
  • Full paid training – no previous care experience required
  • Ongoing training and support
  • Opportunity to complete the Care Certificate
  • Company pension and holiday pay

What will you be doing?

You'll provide friendly, person-centred care and support to our clients in their own homes. This may include:

  • Supporting with personal care and hygiene
  • Preparing meals and supporting with eating
  • Supporting with medication
  • Helping with light household tasks
  • Supporting evening and bedtime routines
  • Providing companionship, reassurance and conversation
  • Supporting clients to remain independent in their own homes

Our minimum one-hour visits mean you have time to get to know your clients and provide unrushed, meaningful care.

What we're looking for

You don't need previous care experience. We provide full training and ongoing support.

We're looking for people who are:

  • Kind, caring and compassionate
  • Reliable and trustworthy
  • Patient and a good listener
  • Comfortable supporting clients with personal care
  • Available to work 3:45pm–8:45pm
  • Able to work every other weekend
  • Able to drive and have access to your own reliable car
