Full job description

We're a private physiotherapy clinic in Wimbledon looking for a Receptionist/Administrator to join our team immediately. They would need be available to work evenings. We are offering 10-13 hours a week with option of adding extra hours when needed for sickness and holiday cover.

The days of work is to be confirmed. We require a candidate who is able to help additionally with sick leave (often short notice) and annual leave.

You must:

* Be computer literate

* Have a very good understanding of English both written and verbal

* Be punctual and reliable

* Be able to work on your own initiative as well as working as part of a team.

Duties will include:

* Meet & greet patients

* Answering the telephone

* Taking messages

* Booking appointments

* Typing medical letters

* Document scanning

* Taking payments

* Responding to emails

* Managing facilities

as well as other administrative duties.

This position would suit a local person. Knowledge of working in a healthcare environment would be desirable but not essential as full training will be given.
