Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher: Hold QTS as a primary or secondary school teacher.
  • Familiarity with 11+ Exams: Understand the 11+ entrance examination process.
  • Excellent Subject Knowledge: Proficient in KS1, KS2 maths, English, and 11+ topics such as VR and NVR.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Convey complex concepts effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the Eleven Plus Entrance Examination curriculum in English, Maths, VR and NVR.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes.
  • Foster a supportive learning environment that accommodates diverse learning needs.
  • Communicate effectively with students and parents to discuss progress and address any concerns.
  • Utilise strong tutoring and teaching skills to motivate and inspire students in their academic journey.

We’re excited to offer new tutoring opportunities at our West Bromwich branch for the upcoming academic year starting in September 2026.

We're looking for enthusiastic individuals who can commit to a minimum of 4 hours per week, with flexible availability on Saturdays, Sundays, and/or weekday evenings.
