Full job description

We're looking for a passionate and reliable Chef to join our growing team. This is a varied and exciting role working at a wide range of events including weddings, corporate functions, private parties, festivals, sporting events, and public shows.

If you enjoy cooking great food, working outdoors, and being part of a hardworking team that delivers memorable events, we'd love to hear from you.

The Role

No two days are the same. You'll be involved in:

  • Preparing and cooking high-quality food for events of all sizes
  • Working at weddings, corporate events, festivals, and private functions
  • Setting up and operating outdoor catering equipment
  • Supporting food preparation at our base kitchen when required
  • Maintaining excellent food hygiene and safety standards
  • Assisting with event logistics, loading, and unloading equipment
  • Working closely with the wider catering and events team

What We're Looking For

  • Previous chef, catering, or hospitality experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and busy event periods
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Food Hygiene certification is desirable but not essential

Driving Licence

A full UK driving licence is preferred due to the nature of the role and travel between venues.
