About us

Villas Brazil is a busy Brazilian rodízio restaurant with a stylish, well-kept bar that is ready for a bigger crowd. We have the space, the bar and the setup. Now we need someone who can fill it.

The role

We're looking for a well-connected events promoter to make Villas Brazil the place to be on weekends. You'll plan, promote and deliver nights that bring people through the door and keep them there.

What you'll do

  • Plan a regular events calendar: DJ nights, live music, themed nights and special occasions
  • Book and manage DJs, artists and hosts within an agreed budget
  • Promote every event on Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp groups and through your own network
  • Build guest lists, group bookings and table bookings
  • Work with the bar team on drink offers that match each event
  • Be at the venue on event nights to host and make sure the night runs well
  • Report attendance and takings after each event, and suggest what to improve

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience promoting bar, club or live music nights
  • A strong local network and social media following
  • Creative, reliable and commercially minded: you understand that a busy night is a profitable night
  • Available on evenings and weekends
  • Latin, Brazilian or international music knowledge is a plus

Pay: you earn from what you bring in.

This is a performance-based role with no cap on earnings.

  • 15% commission on all bar takings above £3,000 per event night
  • £200 bonus on any night that reaches £6,000 or more
