About the

First off, it’s best I introduce myself (person behind the keyboard here), it’s not the norm on a job role spec, but I feel it’s important you get introduced to who you may be working with for a long time early on. I’m Oscar, Founder and CEO at DFYNE. I’m looking for someone who’s going to help us take DFYNE events to the next level. The Head of Global Events will lead the strategic vision, creative direction, and operational delivery of all DFYNE events and brand activations worldwide. You will build and lead a multi-skilled Events & Brand Activation team, design experiences that unite our global community, and ensure every event reflects DFYNE’s values, ambition, and premium aesthetic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will own the global events strategy, ensuring it evolves with DFYNE’s rapid growth and always reflects our purpose, values, and brand identity.

  • You will create experiences that bring together our internal teams, athlete community, and customers, strengthening belonging, loyalty, and emotional connection across regions.

  • You will lead creative direction across every project, inspiring the team to push boundaries, innovate, and imagine beyond what they think is possible.

  • You will oversee the full event cycle. Logistics, production, content, budgets, risk, and contingency planning, ensuring every event is delivered with confidence and excellence.

  • You will travel nationally and internationally to lead on site delivery, ensuring DFYNE’s standards are upheld at every touchpoint.

  • You will confidently manage global event spend, knowing when to invest and when to optimise to maximise impact, efficiency, and ROI.

  • You will nurture creativity, confidence, and innovation. Building a high performing team that thrives under pressure and delivers exceptional work.

  • You will collaborate closely with Product, Logistics, Operations, and the wider Marketing team to deliver seamless, integrated projects that elevate the brand.

Experience Needed:

  • Proven experience designing and delivering large scale events across multiple countries.

  • A history of bringing brand identity to life through immersive, high impact activations.

  • Experience of end to end ownership, from concept and creative to logistics, production, content, and onsite execution.

  • Experience leading multi skilled teams in fast paced, high growth environments.
