Full job description

Are you someone who can negotiate the best position on the show floor. who understands how to turn an exhibition stand into the busiest destination at a show. Someone who thinks commercially, sweats the details and knows that every event should leave collectors talking long after the doors close. If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.

At Ace Grading, we're building one of the world's leading trading card grading brands. As we continue our international expansion, card shows play a vital role in introducing new collectors to Ace, strengthening relationships with existing customers and building our reputation around the world.

You'll own our exhibition programme across the UK and internationally, taking responsibility for everything from negotiating commercial opportunities with show organisers through to delivering world-class exhibition stands, exceptional customer experiences and measurable commercial results.

What you'll be doing

You'll lead every aspect of Ace's presence at card shows, ensuring every event delivers against our commercial and brand objectives.

Working closely with our marketing, operations, creative and content teams, you'll:

  • Plan and manage Ace's annual programme of UK and international card shows.
  • Identify new event opportunities that support our international growth strategy.
  • Negotiate stand locations, sponsorship packages and commercial agreements with exhibition organisers.
  • Deliver premium exhibition stands that reflect the quality of the Ace brand.
  • Coordinate suppliers, contractors, logistics, travel and event operations.
  • Create memorable experiences that drive brand awareness, customer engagement and card submissions.
  • Work with creators, ambassadors and partners to maximise our presence at every event.
  • Analyse event performance and continually improve our return on investment.

Who we're looking for

You're someone who thrives on bringing ambitious projects to life. You're commercially minded, highly organised and comfortable managing multiple moving parts at once. You enjoy negotiating, building relationships and finding ways to maximise value from every opportunity.

Most importantly, you're passionate about creating experiences that people remember.

You'll ideally bring:

  • At least three years' experience delivering exhibitions, trade shows or live events.
  • Strong project management and extremely strong organisational skills.
  • Experience negotiating with event organisers, venues or suppliers.
  • A track record of delivering premium customer experiences.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strong commercial awareness and experience managing budgets.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
  • A willingness to travel extensively across the UK and internationally, including some evenings and weekends.

Experience within trading cards, gaming, collectibles or enthusiast communities would be an advantage but not essential.

Why Ace?

This is a unique opportunity to help shape how one of the fastest-growing brands in the trading card hobby is experienced around the world.

From London to Amsterdam and beyond, you'll be responsible for creating exhibition experiences that introduce thousands of collectors to Ace, strengthen our reputation in new markets and play a key role in our international growth.

You'll have the opportunity to influence everything from stand design and customer experience through to event strategy and commercial partnerships, working with a passionate team that's committed to building the world's most respected grading brand.
