Full job description

Ready to turn your interest in digital marketing and online growth into a career?

£27,250 annual salary with increase after successful probationary period.

30 days annual leave in addition to public holidays.

If you are curious about how online marketing turns attention into customers, enjoy social media as part of a wider strategy and want to learn how real brands grow, keep reading.

We are looking for a Brand Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic brand team in the health, skincare and wellness space. You will support digital marketing, CRM and content activity across napiers the herbalists and zitawest.com and help deliver campaigns that reach customers both online and in person.

This is not just a sit behind a desk job. You will be part of live brand events, creating engaging content and supporting real marketing campaigns. You will work hands on with pop up events, social media, CRM activity and digital marketing deployment. Whilst no two days will be the same, we also have regular daily tasks that need to be completed whatever else we have going on. We need someone who can bring energy, creativity and a serious work ethic to our team.

You do not need previous marketing job experience, but you do need a genuine interest in digital marketing and how businesses grow online. This is a role for someone who naturally explores, tests ideas and works things out for themselves rather than waiting to be shown every step. We will support you, but you should be comfortable learning by doing, making mistakes and improving as you go.

A degree is not required. We care far more about attitude, reliability and the effort you put into developing your abilities.

Ambitious? We love that. If you are already creating, experimenting or building your own presence online, we will support you in developing your skills alongside the role. We are pragmatic, flexible and open minded.

What You’ll Be Doing

Marketing Support

Work with the team on campaigns, promotions, CRM and content planning across both digital and offline channels. This includes content curation and educational blog content as well as marketing materials used in real customer journeys. Whether it is brainstorming video ideas, writing product descriptions, finding new affiliates, or assisting with event marketing, you will help bring the brands to life everywhere customers encounter them.

Using AI Tools

AI will be a core part of this role, not an optional extra. You will be expected to actively use modern AI tools across your daily work, from content planning and research to campaign analysis, reporting and customer communications. You will take ownership of identifying where AI can save time, improve decision making and strengthen marketing performance, and you will be encouraged to experiment, introduce useful tools and help the team adopt more efficient ways of working.

Social and Content Creation

Help create engaging, on brand content for our social media platforms and website. If you have a great idea for a Reel or story we will support you as you execute it, from capturing footage to editing and publishing. You will not just post content, you will help us understand what works and why.

Pop ups and Events

Be the face of our brand at events and pop ups, helping create memorable experiences for customers and supporting the team on the ground.

Show Up and Get Stuck In

You will need to be in our Farringdon office between one and three days per week. As a small team of seven people it is vital we all show up and support one another, which means pitching in with whatever the day brings. We will not progress applications where the candidate cannot be present in our Farringdon location.

What We’re Looking For

Reliable
We value colleagues who show up as expected. Reliability matters because absence directly impacts the team, customers and the business.

Organised and adaptable
You can manage multiple tasks and work in a fast moving and evolving environment. You will be comfortable self learning, trying things and improving as you go.

Flexible and hardworking
Some flexibility needed particularly around events and launches.

Team player with a can do attitude
We collaborate constantly, from idea generation to packing down events.

Creative and socially aware
You understand how people interact online and have a feel for engaging content across platforms such as TikTok and Instagram.

We will not be able to reply to every application we receive.
