Core Product Trainer
Ishida Europe is a World leader in the design, manufacture and installation of complete weighing and packing line solutions. We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Core Product Trainer (for external customers) to join the Aftersales team in Woodgate, Birmingham.

Main Purpose of the role
To develop and deliver training programs for all of Ishida Europe’s product range to our customers.

Primary Responsibilities

· Develop formal training modules for the Ishida product range (existing products and New Development Plan working together with Product Management).

· Deliver training modules to satisfy customer requirements.

· Ensure output of the training section is accurate, on time and achieves Ishida standards.

· Ensure records and databases are accurately maintained.

· Ensure safe working practices are understood, implemented and maintained.

· Carry out assessments following training and certify.

· Maintain database for training records.

· Understand and comply with the relevant sections of our ISO 9001-2008 quality standard.

· Plan and organise promotions to increase the sale of training.

· To be prepared to travel at short notice to any destination.

What skills are we looking for?
To be successful in the role, you will have proven knowledge of technical / engineering products, field service engineering, excellent communication skills, be able to convey and assimilate complex information and you must have extensive knowledge of electrical and mechanical disciplines.

We require someone who has proven experience of machine installation, fault finding and repair. You will have demonstrable experience gained within a food, engineering, or manufacturing industry. You must have experience training delivery to both machine operators and maintenance engineers.

You will be a personable, confident team player. You will need to be open minded, willing to learn and engage in continuous learning and be task and results focused as well as people centre.

Pay: Up to £41,000.00 per year
