Executive Personal Assistant to CEO
Salary: up to £33,000 plus bonus and pension
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 40 hours.
Do you enjoy being the organisational heartbeat behind senior leaders? Is ensuring their world runs smoothly and helping shape a positive, engaging experience for all colleagues important to you? Then read on....
In this role, you will...
Provide dedicated executive support to the MD and occasional PA support to the CEO, managing calendars, coordinating travel, organising meetings, handling expenses, and ensuring they’re always prepared for what’s ahead.
Manage key corporate interactions with Grupo RAR, support CEO hosted visits, and keep board and leadership calendars aligned and accurate.
Oversee The Greenhouse (our company intranet), maintain site wide communications, and coordinate company wide emails and content.
Support HR with engagement initiatives — energising the site, promoting charity and community activities, keeping noticeboards fresh, and helping bring our culture to life through events and communications.
Lead the smooth running of reception and general office services, ensuring visitors feel welcome and our environment represents who we are.
Manage suppliers, budgets, fuel cards, travel systems, and health & safety responsibilities, including First Aider and Fire Warden duties. You’ll be the person people trust to organise, resolve, prioritise, and take ownership.
You can do this if...
You’re highly organised, adaptable, discreet, and proactive — and you thrive in a busy, people focused environment — you’ll do brilliantly here.
You bring confidence, warmth, problem solving skills, and a can-do attitude to office administration, overall site support, our customers and colleagues.
You’ll do this for us
Bring your initiative, your reliability, and your ability to “make things happen.” In return, you’ll be an essential partner to our leaders — and a driving force behind a great place to work.
Ready to lead from behind the scenes? We’d love to hear from you.
