Full job description

We are looking to recruit an experienced Medical PA/Administrator to support the Neighbourhood Mental Health Team based at the East Brighton General Hospital, Brighton General Hospital.

Working to directly support the Consultant Psychiatrist, and wider Multi Disciplinary Team this role will be intrinsic to the provision of care to patients within the community NMHT.

This will prove to be a busy and diverse role, requiring a highly organised and proactive individual with a background in healthcare related administration work. We would therefore welcome applications from anyone who can demonstrate the skills and experience relevant for this post, and whose values and motivators align with those of our organisation.

A range of Medical PA duties to include but not limited to:
Diary management

Managing waiting lists

Letter writing

Communications with families, carers and other professional organisations

Record keeping

Supporting new starters and rotational medics

Administration of meetings, agenda writing and minute taking
