Honey & Co Bloomsbury is looking for an experienced and dynamic Chef de Partie to join our team.

From 45 hours per week (x5 shifts each 9 hours - No doubles!)

What are we looking for? The ideal candidate will :

  • Have a driven and passionate attitude, be able to hit the ground running
  • Love working with fresh seasonal produce
  • Thrive in a fast paced kitchen, working well under pressure
  • Have previous experience in a busy service kitchen
  • Be hard-working, organised and efficient with a strong eye for detail

Honey & Co Bloomsbury is the flagship restaurant of our small, independent restaurant group in the heart of Bloomsbury/Fitzrovia, owned by Sarit Packer and Itamar Srulovich. Instagram @honeyandco .

We see ourselves as the best and the best loved Middle Eastern kitchen in London. We are made up of several restaurants and shops/delis, all based in Central London including this one, Honey & Co Bloomsbury, our deli/wine bar Honey & Co Great Portland and Honey & Co Daily in Store Street. Across the company we pride ourselves on making everything we can inhouse using the best quality ingredients we can get our hands on!

We are looking for an enthusiastic and hard-working Chef de Partie to join our lively kitchen team in Honey & Co which is in Lamb's Conduit Street, Bloomsbury.

Our kitchens are exciting and lively places to work! You will be producing beautiful food using the best seasonal produce. The work is varied, fun and rewarding, with lots of opportunity to further develop your skills. There is scope for moving around in the company as you progress in your role.

We are offering the successful candidate:

  • A full-time position, five days a week (45-47 hours, no doubles to allow for good work life balance).
  • Sundays off (with some exceptions throughout the year)
  • Staff meals, all the coffee you want, staff drink on Fridays and Saturdays
