Presenter / Content Creator

Lake District Giveaways is looking for a confident, energetic and natural Presenter / Content Creator to become one of the faces of our brand.

We’re a fast-growing UK competition business based in Penrith, known for big prize draws, real winner moments, car giveaways, cash prizes, instant wins and creative social media campaigns.

This role is ideal for someone who is confident on camera, has a big personality, understands social media, and can help us create fun, engaging and trustworthy content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.

You don’t need to be a polished TV presenter. We’re looking for someone who feels natural, relatable and confident in front of the camera.

The Role

You’ll be presenting short-form video content for Lake District Giveaways, including prize launches, winner videos, live draw content, behind-the-scenes clips, promotional videos and social media updates.

You’ll work closely with the LDG team to create content that feels exciting, authentic and on-brand.

Key Responsibilities

* Presenting short-form video content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube

* Appearing on camera for prize launches, updates, promotions and winner announcements

* Filming selfie-style content for live competitions, updates and social posts

* Helping create engaging reels, stories, live draw content and behind-the-scenes videos

* Attending winner visits and prize handovers where required

* Helping bring personality, energy and trust to LDG’s social media content

* Working with the team to plan creative content ideas for current and upcoming competitions

* Being comfortable filming quick, reactive content as well as more structured videos

* Keeping up with social media trends and helping adapt them to suit the LDG brand

* Supporting with live draws, promotional campaigns and on-location content

* Being flexible and proactive when last-minute content opportunities come up

What We’re Looking For

* Confident and natural on camera

* Strong communication skills

* Big personality with a fun, positive attitude

* Comfortable speaking clearly and enthusiastically about prizes and competitions

* Good understanding of social media platforms

* Creative mindset with plenty of ideas

* Reliable, organised and willing to get stuck in

* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

* Willing to travel locally for winner visits and content shoots

* Full UK driving licence essential

Nice to Have

* Experience presenting on social media, live streams, events, radio, YouTube or TikTok

* Experience creating short-form video content

* Comfortable filming on a phone or camera

* Basic video editing skills

* Experience using CapCut, Canva, TikTok, Instagram Reels or similar

* Interest in cars, prizes, giveaways or local community content

* Photography or videography experience

About You

You’ll need to be confident, personable and able to make people feel excited about LDG and our competitions.

We don’t want stiff, corporate presenting. We want someone who can bring energy, humour and personality to the role while still helping the brand feel trustworthy and professional.

You’ll be happy being in front of the camera, speaking to winners, filming on location, reacting to prizes, getting involved in fun promo ideas and helping create content that people actually want to watch.

Location

The role will be based around Penrith, Cumbria, with some work from our base and some work out on location for prize shoots, winner visits and promotional content.
