Delivery Driver (3.5T Van) | Full Time | Croydon CR0 4TD | £13.00–£14.00 per hour

Japan Food Express Ltd is one of the UK's fastest-growing authentic Japanese food wholesalers, supplying Michelin-starred restaurants, Japanese restaurants, retailers, and food businesses across London and the South East.

Based in Beddington Lane Industrial Estate, Croydon (CR0 4TD), we deliver authentic Japanese food and beverages to restaurants, retailers, and food service customers across London and the South East.

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Delivery Driver to join our logistics team on a full-time basis.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company and become part of a friendly team delivering premium Japanese food products to customers across London.

Key Responsibilities

  • Loading and checking deliveries before departure
  • Delivering food and beverages to restaurants, retailers, and commercial customers
  • Completing multi-drop deliveries safely and efficiently
  • Providing excellent customer service at delivery locations
  • Completing delivery paperwork accurately
  • Maintaining cleanliness and carrying out daily vehicle checks

Requirements

  • Full UK Driving Licence (Category B)
  • Minimum 5 years' clean driving licence
  • Previous delivery driving experience preferred
  • Good knowledge of London roads
  • Physically fit and able to undertake heavy lifting, including:
  • 20kg bags of rice
  • 18L containers of soy sauce
  • Reliable, punctual, and customer-focused

Working Hours

  • Full-time position
  • Start time: 8:00am
  • Saturday work required (2–3 Saturdays per month)
