A little bit about our site in Betws-y-Coed

Zip World Betws-y-Coed is home to the UK’s only alpine coaster of its kind. This tranquil location is a hot spot for families and those wanting to explore woodland adventures.

What will you be doing

As a Barista/Cafe Team Member you will be making exceptional coffees for our visitors and delivering food to the highest standard, ensuring we exceed the expectations of our guests through great service. You will do this by ensuring all areas are kept clean and well-stocked, working well within the team to promote a culture of fun to deliver excellent guest service.

What you’ll need

• A ‘customer first’ attitude, with drive and enthusiasm to achieve extraordinary customer experience.
• Energetic and enthusiastic with the ability to work with other colleagues in a dynamic working environment.
• To be able to commute – which may mean having your own transport as some of our sites are remote without public transport links.

Application Process

Interviews to be held – all successful applications will be invited to attend an interview on Tuesday, 23rd of June.

Training and inductions – if you are successful, you will be invited to attend a company induction on Thursday, 2nd of July followed by training.

You must be available to work weekends, evenings and school holidays.

Pay: £9.45-£12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 1.0 – 40.0 per week
