Full job description

Purpose of the post:

The key purpose of this post is to provide excellent customer service, maintain the upkeep of our facilities, uphold Health and Safety standards.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • To pro-actively provide information to promote the Sports Park to the public at all times.
  • To respond positively to customer enquiries.
  • To ensure that all users adhere to the safeguarding policy.
  • Manage customer bookings using an online system.
  • To clean and maintain all areas of the Sports Park including Pitches, Sports hall, vending machines changing rooms, toilets, showers, storeroom and drains to ensure exceptional standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
  • To ensure that all users behave in an orderly manner at all times and take appropriate action should anyone misuse the facilities.
  • To assist with the delivery of continuous improvement plans.
  • The requirements of the Health and Safety at Work Act are properly adhered to.
  • To be diligent about compliance with the Club Doncaster’s Health and Safety Policy.
  • To take on relevant responsibilities during Emergency Procedures.
  • To adhere to Club Doncaster’s policies and procedures.
  • Ability to stay calm under extreme circumstances (dealing with injuries).
  • To ensure food safety practices are compliant with The Food Safety Act 1990.
  • Rotate stock and refill Vending Machines.
