Machine / Extrusion Operatives – £14.31 per hour
Company: Camden Group
Location: Antrim, Graystone Road Site
Shift Pattern: Continental shift pattern (2-week rotation between mornings/evenings and evenings/nights) 6.45am-7pm (Days) / 6.45pm-7am (Nights)
Pay: Weekly

As our operations continue to grow, we are now seeking Machine / Extrusion Operatives to join our production team.

Key Responsibilities:

· Operate extrusion machinery to produce uPVC window and door profiles

· Assist with machine setup and tooling changes

· Carry out visual quality checks and separate product based on standards

· Identify issues and make adjustments to ensure consistent product quality

· Complete routine machine checks, report faults, and follow up on repairs

· Accurately complete production records and paperwork

· Keep your work area clean and well-maintained

· Work safely and efficiently to meet daily production targets

· Follow all health and safety procedures as trained

What We’re Looking For:

· Excellent attention to detail

· A proactive and reliable work ethic

· Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

· Previous experience in a manufacturing or production setting is desirable but not essential – full training will be provided
