Conveyancing Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and organised Admin Assistant to join our busy Residential Conveyancing Department.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering excellent client service.

Key Responsibilities

· Providing administrative support to fee earners throughout the conveyancing process.

· Opening and closing client files.

· Preparing correspondence and legal documents.

· Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and solicitors.

· Managing telephone and email enquiries.

· Requesting searches and completing Land Registry and SDLT administration.

· Maintaining accurate case management records.

· General office and departmental administrative duties.

About You

· Previous experience in a conveyancing or legal support role is preferred but not essential as full training will be given.

· Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

· Strong communication and client care skills.

· Ability to manage a varied workload and meet deadlines.

· A positive, proactive approach and willingness to work as part of a team.
