About Us
At The Genuine Dining Company, we believe that great food brings people together — and so should great workplaces. We are a people-first catering business, passionate about delivering fresh, seasonal, and innovative food experiences across our restaurants, cafés, and retail spaces. Our success comes from our genuine approach to service, our commitment to sustainability, and the personality and passion of our teams. Every member of our team plays an important role in creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere and making sure every customer leaves with a smile.

We are partnering with a globally recognised leader in elite motorsport. As our client competes in their inaugural season in Formula 1, we are proud to support the opening of their brand-new UK headquarters—a cutting-edge facility designed to fuel performance at the highest level.

This is a rare opportunity to join a high-performance environment at the very beginning of an exciting journey, working alongside a team driven by precision, innovation, and excellence.

The Opportunity
Take ownership of your section like a specialist mechanic responsible for a critical component on race day. Your focus, consistency, and technical skill will directly contribute to the overall performance of the kitchen. In this high-pressure environment, every detail matters—and your section will play a vital role in delivering success.

Key Responsibilities:

Chef de Partie

  • Take ownership of a specific section of the kitchen (e.g., grill, pastry, larder)
  • Prepare and present high-quality dishes within your section
  • Ensure smooth operation and timely service delivery within your area
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of your workstation
  • Support junior team members and ensure adherence to standards
  • Monitor stock levels and communicate requirements to senior chefs

What We’re Looking For:

  • A passion for food, hospitality, and customer service
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to support a dynamic operational schedule
  • Previous experience within a similar environment

What We Offer:

  • Competitive pay and benefits
  • Opportunities for training and career progression
  • A unique chance to work within the world of elite motorsport
  • Access to a brand-new, modern working environment
  • A supportive and energetic team culture

Why Join Us?
This is more than just a job—it’s an opportunity to be part of something from day one. As our client enters their first season in Formula 1, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the people behind the performance, helping to fuel success on and off the track.

How to Apply
If you’re ready to be part of an exciting new chapter and thrive in a high-performance environment, we’d love to hear from you. Submit your application today and take the first step in joining our team.

Be part of the journey. Be part of the team. Deliver excellence.
