Overview

We are seeking a highly versatile and motivated Multi Skilled Builder to join our dynamic construction team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to apply a broad range of skills across various building projects, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and efficient project completion. As a Multi Skilled Builder, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional results by utilizing your expertise in multiple trades, contributing to the creation and renovation of diverse structures. Your proactive approach and hands-on attitude will help drive our projects forward with precision and enthusiasm.

Duties

  • Perform a wide array of construction tasks including carpentry, roofing, masonry, plumbing, electrical work, and painting to meet project specifications.
  • Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to carry out repairs, installations, and finishing work.
  • Fabricate custom components or structures as needed, ensuring they meet quality standards and project requirements.
  • Conduct site inspections to identify issues early and implement solutions promptly, maintaining safety and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with team members and contractors to coordinate tasks efficiently across different trades.
  • Assist in the installation of roofing systems, masonry work, electrical wiring, plumbing fixtures, and painting finishes.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.

Experience

  • Proven experience in multiple trades such as carpentry, roofing, masonry, plumbing, welding, electrical work, or construction painting.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively across various tasks.
  • Experience in fabricating or customizing building components to specifications.
  • Knowledge of construction safety protocols and adherence to building codes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly to changing project needs.
  • Prior experience working on residential or commercial construction sites is preferred but not mandatory.
