At M Group Telecom, we’re enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future.

We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators.

Private networks- We find the best technology, manage assets and refresh systems. With 24/7 network operations, we keep things running smoothly, while operating comprehensive network repair and maintenance to keep everything in top shape.

What will you be doing?

Role Purpose:

Lead a regional team of Field Managers to deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality engineering works.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop a high-performing team, setting expectations, managing performance, and supporting career growth. Own workforce planning, ensuring skills, capacity, and training align with demand. Oversee delivery of planned and reactive works, managing productivity, utilisation, resources, job updates, and bid support. Drive a strong safety culture through audits, compliance, accreditation, and duty of care. Manage assets and fleet, ensuring maintenance, compliance, and issue resolution. Own regional KPIs for cost, quality, and efficiency, leading audits and continuous improvement. Engage key stakeholders, supporting planning, operational readiness, customer requirements, and business initiatives.

What you’ll bring?

Results-driven with strong leadership, people management, and problem-solving skills. Experienced in managing field operations within fast-paced engineering or infrastructure environments, ideally telecoms or utilities, with exposure to installation, testing, and handover. Commercially aware with strong planning, resource management, and IT skills. Holds relevant technical qualifications (project management desirable). Demonstrates responsibility, excellence, innovation, collaboration, and ambition, delivering safely, continuously improving, and embracing change to achieve high-quality outcomes.
