JOB ROLE: Family Support Worker
LOCATION: Stourport-on-Severn (DY13)
SALARY: £13.45 - 14.05* per hour
HOURS: 39 hours per week which will be completed as shifts,.
REQUIREMENTS: Full UK Driving License - essential.

At Keys Group, you will support parents and their children in our Residential Family Assessment Centre. We worth with and alongside families who need a kind, caring and supportive place to stay whilst they undergo a residential parenting assessment.
This is a challenging yet meaningful role, supported by experts with genuine opportunities for career progression and personal development.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Take on a multifaceted approach to providing support to families in the centre on waking night shifts.
- Ensure the families are able to achieve their desired outcomes whilst providing practical support and advice.
- You will be part of a qualified and experienced team that is overseen by the Centre Manager.
- Complete initial assessments of the family’s needs enabling you to produce action plans.
- You will act as a positive role model developing trusting relationships that create recovery, growth and lasting change.

- You need to be able to work flexibly to provide support for families and children. This will include working shifts with full-time and night hours being available.
