We’re looking for an energetic and proactive Provision & Partnership Lead to take the lead across our growing reach across Derbyshire and surrounding areas by building partnerships with schools and ensuring our programmes reach the children who will benefit most.

Why this role matters

In this pivotal position, you’ll build strong, meaningful partnerships with schools across Derbyshire, while coordinating and delivering a range of impactful programmes. Your work will help unlock opportunities, support families, and create memorable experiences for children and young people who need them most.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery and development of all five LCH programmes across Derbyshire and surrounding areas, ensuring schools, children and families receive outstanding support and opportunities, with high-quality delivery and maximum impact.
  • Lead the development of new school partnerships across Derbyshire, increasing the charity's reach and impact.
  • Support the delivery of our flagship annual School Colour Dash, helping engage schools and celebrate community impact.
  • Represent LCH Charity with confidence, warmth, and professionalism in all communication and delivery.
  • Act as Deputy Designated Safeguarding Officer, helping ensure the highest standards of safeguarding across all provision
  • Develop relationships with community organisations, activity providers and support services to enhance opportunities for children and families.

Who we’re looking for

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

  • Have experience working with children and young people and are passionate about their wellbeing.

· Experience working within education, family support, youth services, community engagement, children' services or a related sector (e.g. as a Teacher, TA, Family Support or Youth Worker)

  • Are a confident communicator who can build strong relationships in all formats.
  • Are highly organised, flexible and capable of coordinating multiple projects at once with strong IT and administration skills.
  • Bring positivity, initiative and a commitment to making a real difference.

Location & Working Pattern (Important)

To be eligible for this role, you must be based in Derbyshire, as you will lead our work directly across the county. Use of a car is also essential, as you’ll regularly be travelling to schools.

This is a hybrid role, with 2 days per week required at our Leicester HQ, and the remaining time spent working from home and out in schools across Derbyshire and the surrounding areas.

Why Join LCH Charity?

  • Flexible hybrid working
  • Generous annual leave
  • Opportunity to shape and grow provision across Derbyshire
