Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Farm Workers. The ideal candidates will possess a strong willingness to learn and contribute to various agricultural tasks. This role involves working outdoors in a dynamic environment, performing essential duties related to crop production, animal care, and equipment maintenance.

Duties

  • milking ,calving cows , feeding calves and general jobs around the yard including telehandler work
  • Perform general maintenance and repair on farm equipment using hand tools and power tools.
  • Conduct routine inspections of farm facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient farm operations.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in dairy farming or agricultural work is preferred
  • Calf feeding experience
  • Calving cows and identifying sick cows
  • Mechanical knowledge for equipment repair and maintenance is beneficial.
  • Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
  • A strong commitment to animal care and welfare is essential.
