General Farm Worker - Temp to Perm Corrieour, Braco, Perthshire

Aviagen® stands at the forefront of poultry genetics, pioneering research, and innovation on a global scale. Our broiler breeder brands are among the most recognised and respected in the industry, and each has a proven record of success in addition to a large and loyal global customer base.

Based at our poultry farm in Braco, Perthshire , an opportunity has arisen for a General Farm Worker. The successful applicants will be able to demonstrate competent poultry husbandry skills, such as feeding livestock, checking watering systems, weighing birds, monitoring bird welfare/behaviour, bio-security protocols and general farm maintenance.

Full training will be provided, although previous poultry experience would be advantageous.

You will be required to work an average of 42.27 basic hours per week, based on 39 hours Monday – Friday plus 17 weekends per annum (consisting of 5 hours Saturday & Sunday).

What you will get in return:

  • Salary starts at £30,768.89 with the potential to rise to £32,383.54
