    • The preferred candidate will ideally have previous manufacturing and/or production experience and be flexible with their work availability.
    • Salary: From £13.50 per hour, dependent on experience.
    • Contract Length: 9-12 months (dates can be flexible).
    • 20% off in our restaurants, pub, spa and shops.
    • You must have good customer service skills and be able to work quickly and efficiently under pressure with a smile on you face.

Job Title: Farm Machine Operator
Role Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Location: Shepton Mallet, Somerset

On behalf of our client, Harper Finley are looking to hire an Experienced Machine Operator to join our clients busy, long-established beef farm - part of a leading multinational farming group with operations across the UK, Ireland and Europe.

You'll be at the heart of the daily operation, driving a teleporter, tractor and other modern farm machinery, reporting directly to the Farm Manager.

  • Monday-Friday, 7.30am-5.30pm (with weekend rota)
