Full job description

An exciting opportunity to join our expanding family-run business in Taunton. We are looking to grow our business by onboarding practical and hardworking people who may or may not have previously considered a career in Agriculture.

Our priorities are to set an example for animal welfare standards while outperforming national production targets. We are always seeking efficiencies and need input from all team members to achieve our goals.

  • Managing our egg production equipment
  • House inspections, floor and welfare walks
  • Optimisation of housing environment – including ventilation, feed distribution, lighting, nests & floors
