Location: Leckford, Hampshire
Pay: £15.00 per hour + Overtime (x1.25) + £25 Weekend Shift Incentive
Hours: 05:00/06:00 start – until finish
Own transport ESSENTIAL due to rural location. Must be 18 or over and have right to work in the UK. This is a temp to perm role so must be available long term.

Employment Partners are currently recruiting Farm Labourers and Machine Operators for a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity with our client based in Leckford, Hampshire.

This is a hands-on outdoor role suited to candidates who enjoy physical work and working as part of a team. Please note that this role involves working outdoors in all weather conditions.

Duties will include:

  • Industrial cleaning of machinery and equipment
  • General site maintenance and housekeeping
  • Operating filling equipment and assisting production lines
  • Maintaining high hygiene standards due to sensitive materials being processed
  • Driving farm vehicles and machinery once trained
  • Working in dusty and humid environments (full PPE provided)
  • Manual handling and physically demanding duties
  • Standing and walking for extended periods

Candidate Requirements:

  • Previous experience operating machinery such as FLT, telehandler, loading shovel, tractor or Skyjack is advantageous
  • Reliable with a strong work ethic
  • Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Flexible with working hours and able to work one in three weekends (mandatory)
  • Willingness to learn and undertake training
