A Fantastic Opportunity in Luxury Fashion

Are you an experienced fashion retail manager or assistant manager looking for an exciting new opportunity in London?

We are recruiting for a beautiful luxury womenswear boutique in Chelsea, offering the opportunity to join a premium fashion brand and play a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience.

This role is initially for 3 months, with the potential to become permanent for the right person.

And the hours are easy! Monday to Saturday, 9:30am–6:00pm.

The Role

You will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day running of the boutique, leading the team and ensuring every client receives an exceptional experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading, motivating and coaching the retail team
• Driving sales and achieving commercial targets and KPIs
• Delivering outstanding, personalised customer service
• Building strong client relationships and developing a loyal clientele
• Styling customers and providing expert fashion advice
• Leading by example on the shop floor
• Coaching the team on selling, upselling and clienteling
• Managing day-to-day store operations
• Maintaining impeccable visual merchandising and presentation standards
• Overseeing stockroom organisation, replenishment and inventory
• Supporting personal shopping, styling appointments and store events
• Handling customer queries and resolving issues professionally
• Sharing customer feedback, trends and competitor insight with the wider business

About You

Fashion experience AND management experience are mandatory.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Proven management or assistant management experience within fashion retail
• Strong sales and commercial awareness
• Excellent leadership and team coaching skills
• A genuine passion for fashion and styling
• Strong clienteling and relationship-building skills
• Exceptional customer service standards
• Impeccable presentation and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A confident, proactive and hands-on approach

Tailoring experience would be a fantastic advantage!

You should be comfortable working with a premium clientele and confident representing a sophisticated fashion brand.

What You Get

• £18 per hour
• Immediate start
• Monday–Saturday, 9:30am–6:00pm
• Initially a 3-month contract with the opportunity to become permanent
