Full job description

About Us

We are a privately-backed, emerging luxury resort and occasion wear brand based in Central London. Our focus is on curating a premium "vacation wardrobe" for the modern woman, ranging from high-end linen sets and swimwear to evening occasion wear. We are currently in the product design phase and looking for a key operator to work directly with the Founder to start the business.

The Role

We are seeking an ambitious, highly organized, and aesthetic-driven Brand Manager to oversee the day-to-day product design and operations of the company.

This is a holistic, generalist role ideal for a "hands-on" operator who understands the fashion industry but thrives on execution. You will act as the central hub of the business, bridging the gap between product sourcing, logistics, and brand image. You will have significant autonomy and the opportunity to shape the direction of a new luxury label.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product & Supply Chain Management

  • Liaise with our manufacturing partners (UK, Europe, and Asia) to manage the critical path and ensure timely delivery of stock.
  • Curate and select new product styles from supplier catalogs based on trend forecasting and sales data (Resort wear, Swim, Accessories).
  • Manage quality control standards and sample approvals.

2. Brand Operations & Logistics

  • Oversee inventory levels and coordinate with a 3PL (fulfillment center) to ensure smooth customer delivery.
  • Manage the Shopify backend, ensuring product listings, imagery, and pricing are accurate.
  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks to keep the business running efficiently.

3. Marketing & Content Coordination

  • Assist in the planning and logistics of campaign photoshoots (location scouting, model casting, travel coordination).
  • Manage influencer outreach and gifting programs (building relationships with content creators).
  • Ensure all brand touchpoints (social media, packaging, website) maintain a cohesive "luxury" aesthetic.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in Fashion Buying, Brand Management, or E-commerce Operations.
  • Operational Mindset: You are extremely organized and love spreadsheets as much as you love style. You understand that a brand is a business first.
  • A "Good Eye": You have a strong understanding of the current luxury market, trends (specifically resort/summer trends), and visual aesthetics.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. You are comfortable negotiating with suppliers and networking with industry contacts.
  • Tech Stack: Proficiency with Shopify and Excel/Google Sheets is required.
  • Agility: You are comfortable working in a startup environment where roles can be fluid and problem-solving is part of the daily routine.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary based on experience.
  • Opportunity to work directly with the Founder in a high-autonomy role.
  • Exposure to all aspects of building a luxury brand.
  • Central London base with opportunities for flexible working.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £30,000.00-£60,000.00 per year

Benefits:

  • Flexitime
  • Free or subsidised travel

Work Location: In person
