Full job description

This is a hands-on opportunity for students or graduates interested in fashion, jewellery, accessories, branding, and product development.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with jewellery and fashion accessory research
  • Support product development and trend research
  • Help prepare customer orders and gift packaging
  • Assist with sample organisation and inventory management
  • Support social media content preparation and product photography
  • Participate in creative discussions and design meetings
  • Attend online meetings with our overseas team when required
  • Provide general studio support and assist with day-to-day operations

Requirements

  • Interest in fashion, jewellery, accessories, or creative industries
  • Organised, reliable, and detail-oriented
  • Good communication skills
  • Basic Mandarin conversational ability required
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and social media platforms
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
