We are a start-up business reintroducing a well known international streetwear brand to the UK market. We are seeking a dynamic, culture-driven Marketing Manager to lead our growth and digital presence from our London office. As a key player in our lean team, you will bridge the gap between creative storytelling and data-driven performance marketing.

The ideal candidate lives and breathes streetwear culture, understands how communities are built online, and possesses the technical expertise to scale our direct-to-consumer (DTC) channels. You will have full ownership of our entire website experience, combining platform management with paid media, organic social, and deep analytics to optimise the digital storefront.

  • Merchandising & Product Drops: Coordinate and execute product launches ("drops"), managing inventory visibility, product descriptions, pricing, and visual merchandising across the site.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Continuously monitor and improve the user journey, checkout flow, and landing pages to minimise friction and boost conversion rates.
  • Technical & Content Updates: Oversee basic front-end updates, banner changes, promotional coding, and SEO best practices to ensure the site remains fresh and ranks effectively.

Growth & Performance Marketing

  • Paid Search & Shopping: Plan, build, optimise, and scale revenue-driving campaigns on Google Ads (including Performance Max, Search, and YouTube).
  • Data & Analytics: Own the data stack using Google Analytics (GA4) to track user journeys, measure multi-channel attribution, monitor KPIs (ROAS, CPA, LTV, Conversion Rate), and deliver actionable insights to the wider team.
  • Budget Management: Efficiently allocate and manage monthly ad spend across paid channels to ensure maximum ROI and sustainable growth.

Organic Social Media & Community Building

  • Platform Management: Develop and execute a cutting-edge, native content strategy specifically tailored for Instagram and TikTok to grow our organic footprint.
  • Trend Forecasting: Stay ahead of the curve regarding viral audio, internet culture, memes, and shifting algorithms to keep the brand relevant and conversational.
  • Content Coordination: Collaborate with creative directors, photographers, and videographers to ensure product drops, lookbooks, and behind-the-scenes content are optimised for social engagement.
  • Influencer & Seeding: Oversee the seeding of product to key creators, artists, and tastemakers within the global and local London streetwear scene.

Areas of Expertise & Requirements

  • Streetwear Native: A profound understanding of the UK streetwear landscape, drop culture, fashion trends, and the nuances of the community.
  • Website & E-commerce CMS Fluent: Proven experience managing an entire e-commerce platform (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento), including product uploads, app integrations, and landing page creation.
  • Google Ads Mastery: Proven track record of managing profitable Google Ads accounts, with a strong grasp of keyword research, audience targeting, and creative testing.
  • Analytics Expert: High proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4) with the ability to turn complex data into clear, strategic growth plans.
  • Social Media Fluent: In-depth, hands-on experience managing and scaling brand accounts on Instagram and TikTok, with a portfolio of creative campaigns or high-performing organic content.Location: Must be able to work full-time from our London office.
