About Us: We are a highly respected bespoke tailoring business located in Mayfair dedicated to providing our clients with high-quality bespoke garments and exceptional service. We have also built a successful luxury alteration business working with blue chip brands and celebrities in London & abroad. We are looking to add fresh talent, in order to grow our business and are currently looking for a talented outfitter to start as soon as possible . Do you have what it takes? The role will include varied day to day duties which may be last minute, no day is the same. Having confidence and taking leadership in the roles that you are carrying out. What you will have:

- Provide excellent clientele service. (Customer service orientated) - Forward thinker (problem solver). Being proactive.

- Time efficient and good at multitasking throughout various roles that are required in the day with a positive attitude.

- Having experience in luxury retail, the tailoring industry, selling/fitting clients.

- Various fabric knowledge/ fit knowledge.

- Able to work both individually and in a small team and open plan office with no problem. .

- Basic knowledge of invoicing, social media and marketing. We have systems but always open to improving.

- When needed willing to work overtime to get tasks done and attend celebrity VIP fittings. (yes Devil Wears Prada is a true story)

- Keen to learn further/new skills and take on challenges that arise whilst bringing any new ideas that will help the company progress/evolve. You want to be able to progress in the role and take responsibility.

- Attention to detail in each job that is done especially when dealing with alterations/fit of clothing.

- Finding ways to gain attention to get new clients and gaining regular sales from loyal clients. Keeping a close relationship will all clients, each client is as important as another.

- Keeping up to date with competitors and current tailoring/fashion trends.

- Immaculate presentation of yourself at all times especially in the showroom (you never know who may come by or where you might have to go!)

- Excellent listening skills and note taking (especially when taking orders/writing orders)

- Accessing situations and helping your colleagues when needed if they need assistance. Maintaining a level of professionalism at all times.

- A passion for fashion and understand the current trends in the market

- Excellent use of spoken and written English (another language preferable)

- Proactive and reliable qualities are essential.

What the role will involve:

- Face to face meetings with clients (VIP, Celebrities etc). Level of professionalism when meeting with these clients.

- Selling bespoke to clients, being confident with this as each client is different. (knowing what to sell to a certain client, can you potentially up sell? What price point of fabric should you focus on?)

- Writing orders, following up & keeping vital contact with clients throughout the order process.

- Celebrity fittings for various brands

- Processing alterations and quality checking.

- Responsibility of being in contact with different suppliers, different brands, taking charge and making decisions when needed and representing Mirpuri Bespoke with confidence.

- Administration including basic invoicing

- Ability to use a sewing machine competently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
