Full job description

At Waterfront Pizza we are a small, motivated, passionate and friendly team which we need to expand after the success of our first year and a half of being open. Our Google and TripAdvisor reviews speak volumes so check them out as well as our social pages before applying.

We prepare all our dough in-house, so knowledge of dough handling and balling is required. Our menu is creative and constantly evolving, and we value chefs who bring fresh ideas and inspiration - from pizza specials to new starters.

About the Role

We’re looking for a head chef with solid experience in Neapolitan pizza and good kitchen knowledge to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who loves pizza, enjoys teamwork, and wants to grow within a professional yet creative environment.

```Experience```

- Minimum of three years of experience in this role working as a pizzaiolo
- Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management and cost control

- Have the right to work in the UK (settled or pre-settled status required)

-Preferably with own transport, as we're located on Mersea Island
