Two - four days per week, including alternate weekends. 7am to 6.30pm daily (approx).

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the kitchen staff in various tasks to ensure smooth operations and high-quality food preparation. This role is perfect for individuals looking to gain experience in a fast-paced culinary environment, whether you have prior experience or are eager to learn.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in meal preparation and cooking under the guidance of chefs.
  • Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, and measuring as required.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including washing dishes and utensils.
  • Follow food safety and hygiene standards to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Support catering events by preparing food items as directed.
  • Help with serving meals during busy periods, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow and communication.

Skills
