Our instructors are the most important part of our team. As an instructor, you will deliver exceptional personalised tuition to our learners using the Mathnasium Method, and help develop a thriving learning environment.

This role will involve contact with learners and the successful candidate will be engaging in regulated activity relevant to children. All staff have a responsibility for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of children and young persons for whom they are responsible and with whom they come into contact.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with your team under the direction of the centre manager to ensure that we provide the best possible maths instruction to our learners
• Keep our learners safe by following our Health, Safety and Safeguarding protocols procedures.
• Administer the Mathnasium curriculum
• Deliver the Mathnasium curriculum with enthusiasm
• Ensure continued personalised student motivation, progression and mastery
• Be a part of the team, eventually coaching and training new colleagues
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Communicate professionally and effectively with parents and carers
• Maintain meticulous communication records of our learners to allow us to manage their growth and keep families informed
