Job Overview
Due to recent contract wins Ground Masters Scotland Ltd are looking to recruit a Lead Fencer to join our team. We are based in Aberdeen however work all throughout Scotland. Due to the area we cover, the role will include the successful candidate to work away from home Monday-Friday.
Key Skills:
- Minimum two years experience working with Domestic, Security Fencing and Acoustic Barrier Fencing.
- Minimum two years leading a team
- Valid CSCS / NPORS Card
- Full UK Driving Licence
Skills
- Strong communication skills with customer and team
- Ability to plan and effectively communicate works for the team on-site
- Ability to read and interpret drawings
- Lead safety briefs and toolbox talks
- Use and maintain tools and equipment inc. drill, impact guns, saw, level, pliers etc
- Experience using excavators <10T Tracked, dumpers etc.
- Inspect work for quality, identify and rectify issues
- Control materials on-site
Due to the nature of the job and working away from home the hours are Monday-Friday however there is the option of weekend availability.
